Water

Resource sustainability and security are considered key to mitigating current and future environmental, human and political upheaval. Water has yet to be truly seen for the ‘blue gold’ that it is.

Many parts of the globe are facing 'absolute water scarcity', are 'water scarce' or otherwise 'water-stressed', with ramifications on agriculture/irrigation, industry, home and of course personal use.

Population growth and climate change will only make the situation worse and, although water-efficiency must be emphasised first, the only place we can get more fresh water is from the salt water of our oceans.
